Once activated, the patch delivers continuous penetrating warmth for up to 8 hours. Even after removal, the soothing effects can last an additional 8 hours, giving you as much as 16 hours of relief in total. By radiating heat directly to the painful area, Cura-Heat helps relax tense or aching muscles, reduce stiffness, and improve mobility—making it a simple yet effective way to manage neck and shoulder pain.
How to use
Before applying, ensure the skin is clean and completely dry. Open the sachet carefully by hand—do not use scissors—then remove and unfold the heat patch. Peel off the protective paper strips from both ends on the back, and place the adhesive side directly onto the skin over the painful area. The patch will start to activate within one minute of opening and reach its full heat within five minutes. After use, gently peel the patch away from the skin and dispose of it with normal household waste. Do not incinerate.
Caution
When using this heat patch, it is important to follow all instructions carefully, as misuse can result in burns even at relatively low temperatures. Always check the application area regularly and avoid wearing the patch on the same spot for longer than 8 hours within a 24-hour period. To reduce the risk of skin injury, ensure air can circulate freely around the patch and avoid applying pressure by lying on it or wearing tight clothing over it. If the patch feels excessively hot or causes discomfort, remove it immediately. Discontinue use straight away if a rash or irritation develops.
This product should never be used while sleeping, on children under 12 years old, or on areas of the body other than the neck and shoulder. It is not intended for the relief of menstrual or IBS pain. People with delicate or aging skin may prefer to apply the adhesive side to clothing rather than directly onto the skin. Careful supervision is recommended if the patch is used by individuals unable to remove it themselves, such as the elderly or physically disabled. Seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have rheumatoid arthritis, heart disease, poor circulation, nerve damage, sensory impairment, a skin condition, or if you are diabetic or pregnant, to ensure heat therapy is safe for you. Do not use the patch in combination with medicated creams, rubs, lotions, sprays, or other sources of heat.
It must not be applied to broken, bruised, irritated, inflamed, or reddened skin, nor used by those who have previously experienced allergic reactions to medicines or cosmetics, or by anyone who is bedridden or at risk of skin ulcers. The patch should not be exposed to liquids, cut, torn, folded, microwaved, reheated, or kneaded, as this may interfere with its safe operation. Heat is automatically released within minutes of opening the sachet.
