Directions for Use

Take 1 to 2 capsules with water. If needed, you can take an additional 1 to 2 capsules up to 3 times daily, ensuring at least 4 hours between doses.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed 1200 mg (6 capsules) within 24 hours. Not intended for use in children under 12 years old.
